This stuning silver anatomical heart necklace is made from solid .925 sterling silver. It was originally hand carved in wax and then cast in silver.
It comes with either a sterling silver belcher chain or a handmade link chain, where each link is soldered together and the smaller links are formed into paperclip style links.
